Carlie’s love for leading worship started over 15 years ago with a passion to help people connect with God through music. That passion led her to gaining a degree in Christian Counseling and Psychology from Liberty University in 2010, all the while continuing to lead worship.

Combining her unique skills in counseling and worship leading, in 2013 she transitioned to a serving on staff at Highpoint Church in the western suburbs of Chicago. There, she helped lead the worship ministry and has developed many worship leaders and musicians.

Carlie brings the party with a deep desire to see women’s lives transformed. She’s a peacemaker with some spice (Enneagram 9w8) and loves to share her Italian sense of hospitality to all.
